Types of Recycling Waste Solutions In Brisbane

Plastic Recycling

Our plastic recycling solutions are designed to process a variety of plastics, including PET, HDPE, and LDPE, to transform the waste into reusable resources. Here, we integrate systems to sort, shred, wash, and granulate plastic materials enabling the creation of new products from the recycled plastic

Glass Recycling

We offer various glass recycling systems depending on the end product required. These will generally include sorting, screening, crushing and sizing the glass. The glass can then be used for remanufacture of glass products or as a sand substitute.

Textile Recycling

Our textile recycling systems are designed to process post consumer and post commercial materials.. It works by sorting and shredding the fabrics into reusable fibres. These fibres are then repurposed for new clothing, insulation, and other innovative products, providing a sustainable solution to the ever-growing problem of textile waste.

Organics Recycling

We offer a range of systems suitable for the various streams of organic materials including de-packaging, de-contamination, and composting. This process not only diverts organic materials from landfills but also contributes to sustainable agriculture and energy production.

Co-Mingled Recycling

Our co-mingled recycling solutions are designed to efficiently process mixed recyclables such as cardboard, plastics, metals, and paper. Using advanced sorting technologies, we separate this mixed material stream back into their respective categories then bale the material which are sold to the market as a commodity. High purity and recovery of each material steam is at the forefront of our design offering.

Tyre Recycling

Tyre recycling systems utilise end-of-life tyres and process them into usable materials including rubber crumb, steel, and textile fibres. These valuable materials are repurposed for various applications, such as playground surfaces, road construction, and industrial products.

Skip Bin Recycling

We provide skip bin recycling solutions that recover valuable materials from construction and demolition waste, such as metals, timber, aggregates, and fines. The remaining light waste stream is further processed into process engineered fuel (PEF), a high-energy resource used in industrial applications like cement kilns and waste to energy plants.

Cardboard & Paper Recycling

Our cardboard and paper recycling solutions play a key role in reducing the demand for virgin pulp. By processing used paper and cardboard, we produce high-quality recycled paper products, contributing to a significant reduction in deforestation and energy use while supporting sustainable manufacturing practices.

Our Waste Management Products

Shredders (Primary & Secondary)

The Lindner Shredders are built for size reduction of various material streams including C&I/C&D, plastics, timber, and green waste. The shredders are designed for maximum efficiency, low wear and ease of maintenance. The primary shredder manages the large waste materials, while the secondary shredder is utilise for smaller fractions material. Depending on the application there are specific shredders for different material streams.

Screens

We offer a range of screens suitable for all applications. These include vibrating screens and disk screens. These can be integrated into processing lines to separate material steams by size or by shape. Each screening application is assessed and a suitable screen selected to ensure performance outcomes are met.

Optical Sorters

Optical sorters use near infrared (NIR) technology to detect material types as they pass under the NIR sensor on a high speed conveyor. The detected material can then be sorted using high pressure air to eject out the material. Optical sorters are used in most processing systems due to their efficiency and ability to process material at high volume while maintaining high purity and recovery.

Windshifters

Windshifters separate the material stream based on the density of the material. Utilising air to blow through the materials stream the light fraction is separated one way and the heavy fraction another.

Magnets & Eddy Currents

Magnets are used to extract ferrous metals, while eddy current separators are designed to recover non-ferrous metals from various waste and recycling material streams.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

With AI we are able to monitor, adjust and report on the plants performance. This is completed by positioning AI technology at various locations around the plant plus integrating the technology that is supplied with equipment to deliver autonomous performance outcomes.
