Organics Recycling Equipment

De-Packaging Machine

Separates packaged organic material from the packaging to give you two clean streams of material. The machine can process all packaged material streams from fruit, bread, yogurt, chips and many others. The machine produces a high quality output of organic material which can be used in compost or stockfeed.

Shredders

Our robust range of Lindner Shredders handle diverse waste streams including organics and green waste to ensure precise size reduction, high throughput and low maintenance. The shredding process is a critical step in the overall process which facilitates further processing to be managed more efficiently.

Screens and Windshifters

We offer various screening systems to sort materials by size and weight, enhancing the efficiency and quality of the output streams. These include disk screens, trommels, ballistic separators and windshifters.

Optical Sorters

Utilising the best available NIR and camera technology with maintenance friendly design, our optical sorter machine identifies and sorts materials based on material type, composition and color to a high quality level of purity and recovery. In the application of organics, separating film plastic from the organics material stream is challenging and utilising an optical sorter takes away the reliance of trying to do the manually with people and makes the whole process much more efficient with higher quality outcomes.

Magnet

The magnet system efficiently eliminates ferrous metals from the waste stream. With its ability to detect and remove metal contaminants at the initial stages, the magnet plays a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of other recycling machinery and enhancing the quality of the end product. The extracted metals are sent for separate recycling.

Eddy Current

Eddy current separators are crucial in extracting non-ferrous metals, like aluminium and copper, from the organic waste stream. This system utilises a powerful magnetic field to generate electrical currents in the non-ferrous metals, resulting in their separation and repulsion from the remaining material. This also guarantees the integrity of the organic material.
