Our Waste Management Solutions
Pre-Processing & Feeding
Bag Openers – These machines safely and efficiently open sealed waste bags, ensuring the contents are evenly discharged onto conveyors. By reducing manual handling, they increase processing speed and keep the material stream consistent from the very start.
Conveyors – Durable conveyor systems form the backbone of industrial waste management facilities, transporting material between different processing stages. Designed for heavy-duty use, they improve workflow efficiency and allow smooth integration of multiple technologies.
Linkages: Compactors – Waste compactors reduce bulky waste volumes at the collection point, lowering transport costs and making handling easier. They play a crucial role in optimising space and preparing waste for efficient downstream treatment.
Size Reduction & Primary Treatment
Shredders (Primary & Secondary) – Industrial shredders break down bulky items like timber, plastics, and metals into smaller, manageable pieces. Primary shredders handle coarse reduction, while secondary shredders refine the output for further processing.
Hammermills / Grinding Systems – Hammermills deliver precise size reduction by pulverising waste into uniform fractions. This enables smoother separation of recyclables such as plastics, organics, and wood, and is particularly effective in RDF and biomass preparation.
Screening & Separation
Screens (Disk, Vibrating, Flip-Flow, 3D Combi, Finger, Trommels) – Screening systems separate material by size, ensuring the proper fractions progress through each stage. Different screen types handle varied waste streams, from wet organics to dry recyclables.
Ballistic Separators – These separate flat 2D items like paper and film from rigid 3D objects such as bottles and cans. This improves purity levels for recyclables and reduces contamination.
Magnetic & Eddy Current Separators – Magnets recover ferrous metals, while eddy currents capture non-ferrous materials like aluminium. Together, they maximise the value of metal recovery and protect downstream equipment.
Windshifters – By using controlled airflow, windshifters separate light fractions, such as plastics, from heavier aggregates, thereby reducing the need for manual sorting.
Optical Sorters / Separators – Equipped with advanced sensors and cameras, optical sorters accurately identify and separate plastics, glass, and paper, thereby enhancing recovery rates and improving material quality.
Material Refining & Recovery
Balers – Balers compress recyclables into dense, uniform bales that are easier to store, handle, and transport. This step in industrial waste management prepares materials for resale or reprocessing.
Bale Wrappers – Wrappers secure bales with protective film, preventing contamination and preserving quality during storage or shipment.
Waste Transfer Trailers – Once processed, our waste transfer trailers streamline the movement of baled and bulk waste, supporting high-volume logistics for commercial and industrial operations.
System Control & Advanced Technologies
Electrical & Automation Systems – Integrated automation controls manage plant operations in real time, adjusting to changes in feedstock and optimising throughput.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) – AI systems analyse material flows and equipment performance, delivering smarter sorting decisions and predictive maintenance.
Robotic Technology – Robotic arms perform targeted picking of recyclables, improving precision, reducing labour costs, and increasing overall plant efficiency.
